RadiateCapital Limited (trading as Rebrandly) engages the following third-party service providers (“subprocessors”) to process customer personal data on our behalf in connection with the provision of our Services.

Changes to This List

Rebrandly keeps this list current and will update it before engaging a new or replacement subprocessor. Customers who have executed our Data Processing Agreement may subscribe to be notified of changes, and may object to a new subprocessor on reasonable data protection grounds, by contacting us at legal@rebrandly.com.

Data Transfer Mechanisms

Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA or the UK, Rebrandly relies on appropriate safeguards under applicable data protection law, including the EU/UK Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework certification.
