Brand Evangelist/Growth Hacker
San Francisco — Full time, long term contract
We are looking for a talented Brand Evangelist/Growth Hacker to skyrocket our traction and increase free and paid subscriptions. You will work closely with marketing team and have direct contact with our founder to plan and execute innovative new projects, acting as the public face of Rebrandly from a PR perspective. You’ll collaborate with other departments, seeking to streamline our brand while contributing to increased user subscriptions and leads. The ideal candidate has a special gift for communication, is familiar with SaaS and freemium business models and should bring new ideas to the table for attracting a larger audience. We are looking for a smart, motivated and dynamic person with awesome work ethic and forward-thinking mindset.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute growth communication projects in the form of events, videos, talks, webinars, special initiatives, conferences, seminars and non-traditional PR
- Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (online advertising, direct mail, out of home, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization
- Propose creative new projects that attract prospects and convert leads, testing new approaches to capturing existing demand across multiple channels from social to SEO to paid media
- Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results
- Identify industry trends and insights
Requirements
- At least 2 years working as a Brand Evangelist/Growth Hacker
- Third level degree and relevant experience in a related field
- Has experience in marketing/traction strategies
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Has driven, ambitious and a “roll up the sleeves” attitude towards work
- Native English with outstanding communication skills
